These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Tiger Window Cleaning ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Pricing may be adjusted if:

  • Property size or condition differs from what was represented
  • Additional services are requested
  • Safety concerns require specialized equipment
  • Access limitations increase labor time

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit card and other authorized electronic payment options.

For recurring or membership services, billing will align with the agreed service frequency (bi-annual, quarterly, or monthly).

Failure to remit payment may result in late fees and suspension of future service.

3. Cancellation Policy

We operate on scheduled routes and reserve time specifically for your property.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
  • No-shows will be treated as late cancellations.

Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by Tiger Window Cleaning. If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule at no penalty to the customer.

4. Annual Plans and Recurring Service Agreements

Customers enrolled in discounted recurring service plans receive reduced pricing in exchange for a service commitment.

If an annual agreement is canceled before the end of the agreed term:

  • Previously completed services will be recalculated at full retail pricing.
  • The difference between discounted pricing and retail pricing will be due at cancellation.

Recurring plans automatically renew unless canceled by phone and/or in writing prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all service areas, including:

  • Clear access to windows and exterior surfaces
  • Secured pets
  • Unlocked gates
  • Functioning water spigots (if required)
  • Safe ladder placement areas

If access is not provided at the time of service, the cancellation policy may apply.

6. Exterior Cleaning Disclaimer

Our cleaning methods are designed to be safe and effective. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including cracked glass, deteriorated seals, oxidized frames, loose screens, failing caulk, loose or bad painted areas, or wood rot.
  • We are not responsible for water intrusion due to prior structural defects.
  • Hard water staining, mineral deposits, or restoration-level contamination may require specialized restoration services not included in standard cleaning.

Any known damage should be disclosed prior to service.

7. Liability

Tiger Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage that occurs during normal cleaning procedures unless such damage is the result of proven negligence.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any service-related issues.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined at our discretion after inspection.

9. Weather Conditions

Exterior services are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or modify services due to:

  • Rain
  • Lightning
  • High winds
  • Freezing temperatures
  • Unsafe working conditions

Safety decisions are made solely by Tiger Window Cleaning.

10. SMS and Electronic Communication

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Tiger Window Cleaning related to:

  • Quote follow-ups
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling updates
  • Billing notifications
  • Service-related updates
  • Promotional offers (if opted in)

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly at 334-758-8064.

Opting out may impact our ability to provide timely scheduling updates.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Tiger Window Cleaning.

12. Age Restrictions

Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By using our services or opting into SMS communications, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 18 years of age.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Alabama.

14. Changes to Terms

Tiger Window Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
